Dream walking
Ok so about a year ago I dream walked almost every night and I also used to be a luccid dreamer but suddenly it all stopped. I have a hard time now even dreaming and I don't have lucid dreams anymore. I'm not sure what happened or if i just got locked out for some reason. How can i get back to lucid dreaming and dream walking

also the last time I remember dream walking on of my friends was pregnant with a daughter and I went into the daughters dream and there she told me something that I don't recall right now. The last lucid dream I had one of my ex's came into the dream. The only reason I knew it was her is because we were sitting there and all of a sudden she got off of my lap and her energy was there in the dream. The sky then turned red and I got really mad that she was there and I yelled at her to get out. Since these two dreams I haven't had another of each respective kind.
