Aging Baby Ghost

Let me start out by saying the story is about a woman i new 3yrs ago we dated and then we went out seperate ways then we meet back up when things where right, so i thought.

So she stayed over after a night of drinking and I woke up about 4am, out of dehydration, to get some water and as soon as i'm crawling out of bed i look to my left and there was an apparition of a small boy in the corner of my room by my door. I lied back down making sure i wasn't dreaming and sure enough i wasn't. I layed there calmed myself b/c this is not a first for me just the most recent and went back to bed. The girl left at 10am and i went on with my day. That night I went to bed at 930 and started having dreams of the boy and her crying but smiling.

The next day i texted her asking if she has a son. She sayed "i did but he died 7 months into my pregnacy and yesturday it was my babies birthday." She was a little freaked out about how i knew she had a kid and that i knew it was a boy.

Is this possible that an ghost is actually aging b/c of his mother holding on so hard and celebrating it's birthday? So far my answer is that its possible?
