Astral Projection

I have recently been researching a phenomenon called Astral Projection, which is the act of your astral body or spirit body leaving your physical body. In this you have to be completely relaxed, have your mind cleared of all thoughts, and be in a semi-conscious state. When I experimented with the steps that it takes to go into this state of mind, I began to feel completely at peace with everything and I felt like all of my limbs were paralyzed. I don't know if this phenomenon was in my head or if it was actually my mind entering the semi-conscious state. I am currently working at it to see if I can get back to that state of mind and see if I can actually project my astral body out of my physical body. I know it sounds like a bunch of crap but if you research it a bit and learn some of the basic things to do that and try them out for yourself you will be surprised at the results.

just be careful. in scientific terms, you are simply creating an imbalance in the equillibrium that ties your soul to your body. your consciousness is what manipulates the energy that animates your body (brain synapse, etc.) you have to be careful to leave a bit of yoursel in your body or else you may find yourself "locked out"

Yea, from what I understand, astral projection is no joke. I once talked with someone that did it. He said he was able to fly. When he was ready to come back to his body he entered upside down and it took him several hours to figure out how to turn around. If I were you I wouldn't do it.

There's really nothing to be worried about. I've had some experience with Astral Projection and Out of body experiences. But it's not as easy as it sounds. Unfortunately for me, my ability to Astral Project has been hampered by restless leg syndrome and a pain in my lower back when I lay down (mixed with psycho-semantic obsessing about the discomfort in my back.)

The are no credible cases of anyone getting harmed in the astral state. The thing to remember is that it's your body and you can be willed back at any moment. And if in the rare case you don't enter your body correctly, just relax and go to sleep. Your body will sort things our before you wake up.

If you or anyone has any question or corrections, fell free to message me.

Remember : out of body experiences and astral projection are 2 different things. Do a little research on the net, there is lots of info there. Look into local colleges, the one here offers courses in astral projection and other metaphysical concepts.

A long time ago when I actually 'practiced' these kinds of things... I was as close as you were actually and that was my limit. I was able to focus on a clock and felt at times I was zooming toward the clock as my body felt 'paralyzed.' I also imagined my "spirit" body pulling itself up by a rope out of the body. Never got too far but I definitely think it possible. I don't have the patience or fortitude to do all the fun psychic stuff anymore... never could do it in the past so it's unfortunately determined my attitude for the future.
