Benjamin

There is a ghost in my house who is often in my bedroom, but he sometimes runs into the computer room when I walk up the stairs. (the computer room is right on the left at the top of the stairs, and to the right, there is a small hall that goes to the three bedrooms, hall closet, and bathroom).

He looks about ten years old, and I get the idea that his name is Benjamin. I can't see him very clearly, because he really just looks like a wispy flash of white, or when he is standing next to my bed or in the corner of my room, he looks like an obscurity in the air, but in the distinct shape of a ten year old boy. I can see him in my mind when I see him with my eyes, also not clearly, but if I saw a photograph, I'm sure I could tell it was him.

He doesn't hurt anyone, and he doesn't bother anyone. He doesn't talk (I've tried to communicate, but he won't talk back). But his mother, who I've never seen or heard or talked to at all, I believe is also here. I can sort of feel her. she tries to hurt me (and often succeeds), and she creates this overwhelming sense of fear.

Please, if anyone has advice on helping the two of them, let me know.
