Danger?

So I was hanging out with my two best guy friends, Tyler and Dallas we made a oujia board and found two white candles and lighted them we then turned off the lights. We played with it for a while and ask questions and stuff the candles flickered and one went out. We continued to play even though I was freaked out and then we talked to this one person who said she was a terrorist, though that maybe wrong I was really scared. We NEVER said goodbye but the candle went out.

I don't know if it's danger or just that I thrash in my sleep, but I began waking up with cuts and bruises. One day I woke up with what looked like a hand had grabbed my leg, there were bruises for weeks. I thought nothing of it till the people I was closest with started to be affected. it all started one day this year I came home from school and began eating, I hadn't touched a knife, and I began bleeding from the side of my hand; mind you I was eating pudding with a spoon.

The next day my mom woke up with what looked like cat scratches but we don't have inside cats. My boyfriend began waking up very sore with cuts and bruises. I don't know if its anything to be alarmed about but If you know could you tell me what I should do I want it to stop.
