Demon at my Friends House
I was at my friends house on her trampoline in the backyard and we kept feeling like something was about 10 feet away from us just staring. We were jumping and out of the corner of our eyes we both saw a black figure run behind a tree. We were so freaked out that we couldn't even move except to just sit down on the trampoline. We just stared at the tree waiting to see it again if it was possible, because we know that we weren't crazy. Then after about 10 minutes we went back to jumping but being very cautious. Another 10 minutes passed and nothing happened so we thought it would be ok for us to jump really high and do a flip. My friend did hers first ... nothing happened to her... she landed just fine. then I went and right when I was about to flip my friend screamed at the top of her lungs 'STOP NO DON'T!!! ITS BACK'. but it was too late .. I did the flip; right when I was about to land I got pushed some how and hurt my wrist, because I fell on it. I got up and said 'what the heck was that'. She told me that she saw the figure come from behind the tree and run at me. Then we both saw the figure standing about 18 feet away from us while we were still on the trampoline. Then it ran behind another tree. We decided to go inside so we counted to 3 and ran to her backdoor. as we were running we heard extremely heavy breathing behind us. We turned around [while running] and saw the black figure chasing us!!!!! We got inside and slammed the door shut. It was soo scary because when we closed the door it was still running at us, but when it hit the door there was a bang and it disapeared.
We just sat on the couch staring at the door and thinking about what had happened. It took about 5 minutes and then we had realized that we left her dog outside. We heard her dog barking and growling [too bad it was a chu-wa-wa] (sp). So we had to run outside and get him. When we found him the black figure was about 5 feet away from him, so me and my friend got the courage to go unhook the chain off his collar so he could run inside. When we got otuside we went back onto her trampoline to try to take a picture of it. So we did and when she got out her camera to try to get a picture nothing happened for about 20 minutes. So we got off and we walked around to see if we could find it or make it come out of hiding. Then it did and it started to run for us. My friend tried to take a picture, but it ran up to us and the camera fell out of her hands and smashed onto the grass [I don't know how it could smash when it fell onto the grass but it did!!] So we just ran back inside, but as we were running our shoes some how just flew off [and we were wearing sneakers] and then we got inside and we both found that we had multiple scratch marks on our ankles. We were so freaked out that we didn't go back outside for the rest of the day / night [it was a sleepover] and were still creeped out to go in her backyard.

that is really screwed up. all the pictures were on that camera??? and it SMASHED into the grass? sounds like demons to me. at first i was thinking its probably not a demon, but i do know he must be pretty powerful to make all of your pics smash onto the ground, and your sneakers fly off. keep us updated. maybe go back to her house around that time of day, with maybe an adult watching out of the window with a camera. also you should both take a camera.

That sounds scary. I believe things like that can happen, but its very rare, I think this was true, but I did find a couple of things. I'm not quite sure how you couldn't find more of its appearence, but then again, maybe it was totally black. Well I sugest you find out why it came after you and not your friend when you jumped.

I'm with Iris. I smell some bull dung. That's an EXTREME amount of activity and EXTREME calmness on your part. If I'm being chased by an 'indescribable' black figure, I'm locking the door and saying to hell with going outside. Short of any evidence at all, I can't believe this one.

I am a prodestent, and I believe things like this definantly would happen. I mean the universe is large in many ways. God forbid us to even go near witchcraft and wizardry, because he wanted to protect us from the evil things like this.
I'm not saying that bubbles<3 had done anything like this, but there is a possibility someone in your neighborhood that's secreatly connected to it and well when he or she summond a sprit, or demon, this thing came after you for a reason.
To you ShadowPeregrius, and Iris, even thou you don't believe it, or your too scared to say you believe it, doesn't mean you can go around and said that what the person wrote it Bullshit, because it might happen to you, and that would readlly make you look like your foot's in your mouth.

If you have looked at almost any other story on the site, I'm willing to listen and concede on many paranormal accounts. This one is just simply too extreme and not well detailed for me to give it much credence. Perhaps if the author was able to detail what she means by a 'black figure' that if clearly is chasing you, you can give more details to its form and appearance. Without anything else, I see a made-up tale. Can't take everything someone says as fact...

there is a similar occurance in my nehiborhood...a figure cloaked in black...attacking people that go by the house it haunts....i think you were seeing a paralith..wich is a vestigial formless ghost that is made of acidic ectoplasm, the paralith is basically a ghost with little or no will to form a human like form...unless it got pissed...then it would liik somwhat humanod....if you get touched it will burn or scratch you like acid..... it probably was not a demon....paraliths are always trying to form a body like shape...so the figure could have been a paralith in humanoid form....k?
