Dreaming The Future

I dont know how to explain it but i guess alot of people deam the future i guess, or deja vu but it happens to me all the time but by the time i realize it its too late is there anyway to control it? cause i've had many happy and miserable deja vu's to know when thet take place would be helpful........thank you
