Fast Moving UFO

One night when I was maybe 9, the whole family went outside to just talk and then we heard a whistling sound. So we went to the deck and we saw a UFO like ship that wasn't moving at all. I was very amazed and I went inside to get a camera. I was gone for 10s and it traveled from one side of the sky to the other. When I tried to take a picture nothing came out. When I looked at the picture it was just pitch black. So we sat there watching it move very slow..... I went to get a snack, but when I got back it was gone. And I'll never forget that

LOL to past comments. Shame camera didn't work. How do you define it as a 'UFO' shaped object? There are multiple types of UFO shapes (cigar, saucer, triangle, etc.). Did the whistling you hear occur the whole time it was traveling? Sounds interesting.
