Ghosts in My Neighborhood

When I was about 14, me and a few of my friends would walk around the neighborhood at night and check out the homes that were under construction. So I went once to check out this house with 3 of my friends and one of them brought their dog.

This house was on a circular road with a cul-de-sac in the middle. My friend lived on the cul-de-sac and the house we were looking at was visible from hers. So as we walked up to this house we could hear the port-a-potty in front shaking. The dog was going crazy and we assumed there was a raccoon or something inside, but when we opened the door there was nothing there. So we wondered the property trying to find a way into the house, but unfortunately for us it was all boarded up and there was no way in. We could hear someone yelling and two of my friends got freaked out, thinking someone was watching us and saw there was four of us.

Me and my other friend assumed it was from the nearby golf course, but the other girls were so freaked they ran home with the dog. Me and my other friend thought we were tough until we heard the voice yell there's 2 more. That's when we were convinced there was someone watching us so we ran down the street. The two of us turned around to make sure no one was following us but we ended up both seeing a little girl in like 20's-30's style garb glowing running along side of the house.

The two of us made eye contact to make sure we both saw the same thing and booked it back to our friend's house. When we got back we ran upstairs to the window to see if you could see anything from the house. What we saw next looked like the silhouette of a man attacking a child in the upstairs room of the house we had just come from, but we had tried to get in and knew the place was empty and boarded up.

I can't even begin to explain what happened, but I grew up in that neighborhood along with a bunch of my friends and that was not the first nor the last experience I had or heard about.
