Glowing Red Eyes
I was about 12, and exploring the woods around my parent's house in eastern Kentucky. I practically had covered every inch of the 150 acres before, but didn't go to this one spot very often because it felt weird.
Anyway, this day I went to the uncomfortable area. As soon as I stepped into the clearing, all I saw were glowing red eyes. I don't even recall the creature they must have been attatched to, just the eyes.
I heard noise like someone or thing was running away from me, and not being too quiet about it either. Rustling leaves and crashing through the brush and woods. However, I didn't actually SEE anything running!
To this day, when I recall the incident, the only image I have in my mind is glowing red eyes.

you were seeing the red eyes of the hungry hungry hobos in your local woods. lucky you got away in time, they wouldve had a whole meal...they trsvel in packs, yaknow

Wow warewolf mabye the ware wolf was a ghost so u couldnt see him just the eyes

my boy...it was the dover demon.....an almost spectral creature that resembles a four legged gray alien......but the thing is it has no mouth but it has long sickle claws and as you said big glowing red eyes...

it must be scary 2 think that there was red eyes looking at u i would stay away from that place but if u want it gone then i would love to see what it is i love hunting things that might kill me.
