I Think Something's Trying To Scare Me
It’s been happening for a while. I will be sitting on the couch watching tv and the light will come on by itself, or I try to sleep and I hear footsteps, it’s like something is breathing but there's no one there. I get up and look. I lost my balance, like something or someone pushed me. It scared me to death. I'm going to either leave it alone or try and talk to the troubled spirit or whatever it maybe.

dont be scared of it. evil spirits dwel on pain and fear especially. well it doesnt neccesarilly have to be evil, but you get my point. stand up to it, be aggressive, have a bible with you and if it gets any worse, open it up and start reading!!!! dont show it your afraid. be strong for us, random stranger with a scary story. lol

It might be Parakinesis...its basicaly when you manifest things with your mind. But they are there. Its a fairly new idea, but you might want to look into it.

My thinking is if you can sense that they are there, maybe call a friend, so you are not alone, and ask what it is they want. You may just be able to hear them too. This is just a suggestion though. From my experiences ghosts become noisy when I am not listening to something I need to hear. You could also do some cleansing. This helps me.

It'd be best to get someone who knows these kind of things to talk to them, I'm sure there are a lot out there, just need to look.

It may be a demon {unclean spirits as the bible also calls them} I have a cousin who is a preacher, and when he first became a born again christian, he was being visited by someone or something he believes was a demon, or Satan himself, so after a few nights of this,my cousine said in a stern voice, "In the name of Jesus Christ, I command you to live this house now!", and as soon as he said that, he felt something rush past him and saw the front door open and them slam shut, that demom or Satan left the house in a hurry and he never had that visit by this demon or Satan again, even to this day. I don't know if you are a christian or not, or even believe in Jesus, but if you do, try telling this demon {unclean spirit} to leave in the name of Jesus.

Any updates regarding if you determined that there is something there or not? It's got standard ghost/poltergeist on it so as of now I'm unconvinced it's a demon if it's anything at all.

I suggest you do what Chip's cousin did, it gods name you can send anything bad away.
