Identifying spiritual being in house

Alright, I need some help identifying a being that is residing in the trailer I and a couple roommates live in. I have yet to find any info on said being, and could definitely use some assistance.

It's at least 6 ft. tall, pale skin, and no facial features(i.e. eyes, mouth, etc.) unless it deems otherwise.

Sometimes it will have multiple eyes on the skin of it's head; sometimes a cheshire cat like grin (which unsettles me though the cat's grin doesn't); sometimes both.

Any info on this being/entity would be much appreciated. Also, if more info is needed let me know and I'll try to remember.

DEMON!!! Straight up! Get some sage and a GOOD extosist FAST!! Somthing that is going to let you get that goo a look at it is strong. If you can move out ASAP. But be warned it may folow you.
