Mind Playing Tricks?

The other night, I was sitting on my bed with some cards. They were face down. I turned my head, because I thought I saw a figure or something.

When I turned back, and looked at the cards, they were standing!

then I got really cold, and I thought I heard a scratching sound. It was erie for sure. I remember getting a wave of anger, then was gone as fast as it came.

I first thought the noise was from out my window. I have a tree alongside my house, and I thought that a branch hit it or somehting. But when I opened the blinds, the limb was gone, and all the small twigs and such were gone too.

As I looked around the room, I got a hint of a smell. It smelled like flowers and fresh clothes, out of the dryer. I swear, I thought I heard birds.

It turned out that there was no reason what I heard could be made without a person to do so.

I am still stumped with the explanation but what got me was the smell and the feel of the room.
