My Evil Friend

I've had many experiences with Sleep Paralysis, or " Old Hag Syndrome" . I always know when this comes on, the sound of buzzing in my ear, tremors from my head to my toes, then I try to keep myself awake, because I know what was going to happen! But it's very hard to stay awake. And I always hear the sound of water hitting up against a dock or a boat. But one experience I would never forget.

When this was happening I was paralysed, laying on my side, and I was trying to call for help but all that came out was muffled screams, because I couldn't move my mouth. Then all of a sudden something grabbed my arm and pulled me through the bed, and I was being pulled under water. All I remember was the sound of my scream under water and the air bubbles floating to the surface. Then I felt like a "woosh" and I was awake, and so frightened!

I couldnt sleep a wink that night.
