My Sleep Paralysis Experiences

One night I was going to bed when it first happened. I was getting very sleepy and a few secs later I could not move, scream, or do anything. Then I saw a black figure and it felt like something was covering my whole chest and face. I screamed as hard as I could, but nothing happened. Then 1 min later it was gone and I could move. This sleep paralysis happened about 5 or 6 times to me. That was the 1st time it happened, then 2 time it did the same thing. The 3rd time it happened it was even more creepy. My sis was afraid of the dark, so she somehow was sleeping with me. It was starting again and it felt like something was screaming in my face, but more like 2 people were doing it. A high pitch voice, and a very low voice. Then somehow I could see myself and my sis. It felt like more people were screaming and I could somehow feel myself on the ground, sitting down and covering my ears. Then very fast I was in my body again and my sis was sleeping. So, I moved her back in her own bed.. Like a week later it happened again! I was sleeping on my back and I heard moaning and screaming. I could feel my arms rising up. It happened over and over until now. But the last time I found myself outside, and I thought to myself what the heck happened? I never sleep walk, but it felt like my arms and legs were rising up. I heard the moaning and screaming. It was pretty creepy.
