Poltergeists

Since about a half year i've been passing through scary situations, but the first one was in my old house...

I was chatting with my girlfriend when the remote of the fan was shot out of it and broke (it is impossible to do it because the remote has a claw type secure that grabs to the fan) so i ran to the stairs and i dont know why but i just standed there..looking, kind of expecting something, then the chair moved, normally when you move a chair it makes a screech sound but i dont know why it didnt.

Months later i was moving to Tijuana, my grandma lives there so i visited her, she decided that we should go for my cousins and then watch a movie on a cinema, i entered the bathtub and put my clothes on top of the toilet seat and closed the curtain, then i herd the toilet close with a loud BAM!!, i saw outside and all my clothes where dispersed on the floor and heard scared a noise, then i realized it was my cellphone, when i answered i heard the voice of my mom, we start talking, but then a noise like the white sound from a TV sounded on my cellphone and looked scared that it shut down (that was not normal because the battery was loading).

Now I live in apartments where normally i see shadows on the corridor or hear screams, one day i just couldnt handle it and asked the security guard and told me that noting could happen, but i still living there, ignoring the screams, the TV turning on suddenly, THE LAUGHS.
