Real dream
Whn i was 6 i heard a voice from my garden saying my name, it was a light voice,
Im 10 years old i moved house then i get nightmares when i sleep
In my new house, i go to sleep then i suddenly wake up and my eyes just closed again its like omg wath the fuck, then its starts for the first time..
Im at my old house room i see a shadowball at the corner of the room then im at my grandpa's house
im suddenly at my grandpa's house corridor then the shadow comes to me it hurts me on my shoulder, then i wake up a little frightned with pain on my shoulder.
Same nightmares since i was 13
now im 14, 2 weeks ago i got the same nightmare.
1 week later i wake up then my eyes close automatly then i fight trugh it i almost open my eyes so i get down on the bed land on the floor but my eyes closed before that when i landed on the floor i had my blankets with me to land soft and to not fall asleep and get that nightmare again, my eyes closes and i sleep, i stand infront of my door it opens then it gets dark, i stand at my livingroom for a while then it gets dark and i wake up on my bed with my blankets on, everytime i get that paranormal dream i wake up and my eyes closes and i cant do anything to open. i hate this.

visualize your self protected. Start going to church. Not Just any one But The one that adheres to the doctrine in the bible completely.

your pain after your dreams could be your nervous system flaring. Im not saying this is what's happening but try drinking hot chamomile tea before bed. Again im not saying you're wrong. I have paranormal dreams too but just make sure my friend.
