Shadow Man

I was about 12 years old...And at the time my dad,my brother and I were living with our granparents.

I had a room of my own...and it was about 1:00 A.M.I kept hearing this shifting noise on the other side of my room...my room was VERY small so the noise I was hearing was VERY clear...I started to panic...and I looked at my closet...well,my closets were supposed to have sliding doors on them,but at the time my grandpa was renovating so there were none...but when i looked at my closet,I saw a dark shadow lurk across my clothes that were hung up...I freaked out and I covered my head with my blanket and closed my eyes,tight.I was praying and praying...I stopped hearing the shifting noise so I uncovered my head.I opened my eyes and there it was...it was a shadow, the "shape" of a man, parrallel to me. Just floating above me. I freaked out and ran out to the living room.At the time my aunt and uncle were visiting so when i ran out there my aunt was still awake. We prayed and then i went back to sleep.Nothing ever happened after that.

Just recently I saw it again.O.o Except it was standing right next to my bed and it was looking at me.I have to sleep with a night light cuz im scared to see it.and that night i fell asleep with my night light off.

does it look like a genaric shape? like the mens room sign? or does it have any definition?

did you see eyes of any kind?

Put a camera or an audio recording device in room and see if you can capture any proof of it.

If you think your house is haunted you can try an EVP session to see if you can discover the spirit's identity/wishes.

Don't be afraid of it however, it does not sound like it is harmful.

if it comes again, always remember u are stronger then them. they cant hurt u unless you beleive they can.

Wow. I would have no idea what i would have done if i were you. I would be way to scared to Run into the Living room. When Minor things happen like that at my house. i Yell at it. And it leaves.. after a few weeks it always comes back.
