Shadow People

One night after getting from school and cooking dinner and cleaning up I went to bed but as soon I went to sleep for some reason I can't move or talk

I tried to move my fingers but it didn't work at first I was thinking that it was maybe I was having a panic attack cause I don't know why but I’m always having a panic attack its been happening since I was little with panic attacks but this is just freaking me out

It happened when I was 4 years old it was my first time having a problem like this cause I wake up to see a guy looking at me while sitting on my chest and looking at me with its red eyes and it even said that it wanted my soul and then a other one very night it would be just the same 4 guys who have been haunting me since I was 4

I’m 15, and turning 16 in march, but I was in one of my classes cause I’m in high school one of them where near me and I can't move for 10 minutes was that was happening. I started to have a panic attacks now I can't control my panic attacks when I have one my friend is just like clam down breath but I can't breath or move cause I was freaking out and they have been torturing me for my whole life and I can't even sleep right anymore cause I keep waking up to one or all of them and I don't know what to do.
