The Church
I use to go to this church around my hometown until I was about 18. I cannot remember how old I was exactly, but I will shoot for around 10. My church wasn't that old...I believe it was built around 1967 with my great-grandfather being one of the founders. Its a small Baptist church that had bathrooms right when you walk in one the left side, the first was womens, and the second door was the mens room..
Well one day after church had let out, I had to go use the bathroom. I was the only one in there and I know that for a fact. It had two stalls and I was in one of them. Next thing I know, I heard a raspy voice say "hello". Between me going into the bathroom and going into the stall, nobody came into the bathroom, because I would have heard the door open.
So I say hello back. I was creeped out because I'm thinking who the hell was in the bathroom with me. So I got an uncomfortable feeling, go to the sink and wash my hands so I can leave the bathroom...Now it gets creepy and I'm getting scared thinking about it..
I had a feeling to look back, and when I did all I saw was half of a head peaking over the stall and two huge eyes, then it hurried and ducked back down. I ran out of that bathroom...I don't know what it was. Since then the church has had an addition added on with new bathrooms, so many people don't use the old ones. I would just look in from time to time, but I will not go in.
What do you guys think?

I sometimes get the feeling that someone is watching me, or in the room with me, when I know no one is home... but I think I might just jump out of my skin if I turned and saw what you saw.
You should take a friend in there with you and get some pics of the place... would be interesting to see what popped up.

Yea that was the scariest thing I have ever seen in my life. I would go back, But I don't wanna even think I'll stir up something. I'll pass lol.

That is very creepy, but I'm not sure that it would be a demon, however it could be a ghost. It could be interesting to find out if anyone ever died in that church, maybe when it was being built.

I've never experienced anything else like that in the church. I always had a feeling there was something else around when I was by myself. I dont know of anyone being killed on or around that site of the church. Like I said its very little and I'm sure they'd have a marker in dedication

Aren't churches hallowed ground? so doesn't that mean nothing should be haunting or manifesting itself there? i mean no disresect to your church but either its not right or something is seriously wrong with the spiritual world.

They are suppose to, but I know what I saw, and it wasnt right, it still bothers me over 10 years later. Im pretty sane, and I will never forget something weird like that....lol

Well I'm sure it was a friendly ghost, if it was, I don't think it was a demon.

Did something happen on the grounds of the church? Maybe there was a death there before it was built you should rly look into the history of the land it was built on! there might be answers there

How do you know for a 'fact' that you were the only one in there? Short of you looking in the other stall prior to the incident to make sure no one was in the bathroom, it coulda been a dedicated prankster standing on the toilet in the other stall. Not saying your story is wrong, but I'm not convinced that it definitely wasn't another person.
