The Ghost is Back, the Sage Didn't Work!
I awoke twice last night to this coldness to the left side of me, and I sensed an anger...(I didn't look in that direction, scared of what I might see). The spirit seemed to be yelling something, but I couldn't make out what it was saying. I tried yelling back, but it was such a struggle to speak... I tried saying, "F off" and "go away", but I did not have any energy or strength to speak back to it no matter how hard I tried... It was as if it was draining all my energy....
What the heck is up with that!?

It's time to call upon your guardians. Call upon your ancestors. Do you have pictures of deceased family members that made you feel loved? Put them up in nice frames and honor them and ask them to protect you, The same for pets who have passed. Call all of your beloveds to your aid.

could be a wraith, imagine it as a dark orb then imagine that orb getting smaller and finally disappearing. if that doesn work, as the individual below me said, call out for help. (only because i dont have time to list all of the other methods that you could actually use)
