The Little Leprechaun

OK, OK, I know the title sounds weird but you'll understand, when I was younger, I saw a leprechaun. He was kinda mean. He would tell me things, then they would happen, I tried to tell my mom about him, but she just thought he was this imaginary friend or something. I really freaked my parents out one time. My parents thought it would be cool to take me to a cabbage patch hospital, you know the place where they make the dolls. So we were all ready to go, but my parents wanted it to be a surprise so they didn't tell me. Well, in the car my little leprechaun friend pops in. He's laughing, saying that we're going to a hospital and they are going to give me a shot, a big one that will hurt and hurt for days and days, see what I mean by mean? So I ask my mom "Are we going to a hospital?" They both turn and stare at me in disbelief. They were so careful not to let it slip. So she said "Who told you?" I tell her my leprechaun friend. He went away when I started school, but I still remember him and I still know things that are going to happen before they happen.

Sounds kinda like the movie, "Drop Dead Fred." Pretty funny/weird.

possibly a manifestation of your gifts, but also possibly a minor trickster, such as "puck"

I think the psychic part of your brain merged with your self concious to form the leprechan. That explains why your parents didn't hear him when he told you that you were going to a hospital. Your self concious also merged with a form of paranoia when your mind told you that you were going to a hospital, it also told you that you were going to get a big painful shot.

Agreed with Eclipse after taking a 2nd look at this. Seems like it's "imaginary friend" psychology.
