The Pink Entity

One evening I was folding laundry on my bed and singing a church hymn while doing my task. I remember clearly that while I was singing "shall we gather at the river"

I heard the floor boards creaking in the hall. Thinking it was one of my kids I turned to see which one of my four kids was there, I saw instead a pink human like form step into my daughters bedroom like it was sucked into an unseen portal I will never understand what it was that I saw but I will never forget it and I never sang that hymn again!.
