The Two Spirits...

I don't quite know the exact date on which this occured, but I remember it was the beginning of this fall year. I've always had a creepy room, and despised it, especially for it being in the basement. I've always believed that their were two spirits who would try and "connect" with me in a sense...as in show themselves. One was a little girl, she was the first experiance I've ever had with a distant spirit. I don't think she has ever meant any harm. Whenever I see her, I was always in a bubbly mood, and quite happy. The other one, I can't really recall, but it would always make the hairs on my arms stand up.

The little girl. I call her Cynthia, but that's just to give her a name. The first time i saw her was downstairs in our living room den. She was a pale girl, dressed like a 1920's girl. White dress, clean, frilly, and a white ribbons in her brown curls. Everytime I saw her, she looked terrified. About a week or two later, I saw her upstairs while I was feeding my dog. She just stood their and giggled, and turned and walked away. That was the last time I saw her.

Just this last year, I was visited by another spirit. This one comes more frequent. Down in the basement, I was sleeping and woke up to me coming unbareably cold and my bed sinking to lower left side, as if someone was sitting on it. Me being terrified glanced over to find an odd black figure standing over my bed. I flicked on my lap but nothing was their, only a sound in the other room on someone dragging their feet up against the carpet.

I don't know if these two spirits or paranormal experiance is related, but either way I'd like to figure out who they are and what they want.
