The Welcome Wagon

Well I was around 7 or 8, and me my baby sis, dad and mom were moving into a new house. While my parents were talking to my grandma and aunt I was looking around the house and I saw a girl come to me and she said are you moving into this house? I said yes and she gave me a dirty look and walked away and I never saw that girl again.

A month passed by and I was getting ready for bed, and was ready to fall asleep until I heard loud footsteps. I was awake than and looked around and nothing was there. Then my door was opening slowly and I yelled mom mom!! She could not hear me, than the foot steps came back very loud and fast. I yelled MOM MOM!!! and she ran to me saying what what? I told her what happened. I never thought about anything bad, so I forgot about it.

It was on a Saturday or Sunday, and my sisters was in her crib. My mom and I were watching TV and we heard a huge thump. We ran to see if my sis was ok and she was sleeping soundly. So we were looking around and found my rabbit cage on the floor, and my rabbit was floating in thin air. Me and my mom were freaked out, then the rabbit just dropped. He was ok thankfully, because it was almost touching the ceiling.

A week later mom was cooking food for thanksgiving. I was at school and my sis was sleeping. When I got home my Mom told me about her taking the turkey out and when she went to check on my sis she saw the turkey on fire and someone putting out the fire. Then like 5 days later she was washing the dishes and she felt someone run across the hallway and heard a little girl saying mommy mommy. She got scared, went to call my dad. I was sleeping and I know my sis couldn't talk so she wasn't saying it. Then I woke up and we saw the computer turn on and a lit candle be thrown across the living room. Now I keep asking my dad and mom about these things and my dad said nothing bothered him.

A week later nothing happened. My Aunt probably the same age as me or a year older, and I were watching a movie with my dad and sis. My mom was taking a shower and said that the light turned off. It was like around 9:00, and she also saw a red dark face grinning at her. Then we knew something was going on.

Each picture we took in the house and every family picture we took was blurry. One early morning I was playing with my toys and was sitting away from the door. I felt someone watching me, so I turn around and saw something dark and shadowy run across the hallway. I went to go look and nothing was there. I told my mom about it and she said she was going to talk about it with my dad.

My mom got a new job and my dad had to go to work, so my grandma had to watch us. When she was getting ready to wash the dishes she screamed. We all ran to see what was wrong, and she told us I just saw a face in the window.

My mom told me she heard someone say in a demonic voice "get out" every time she went into our garage. I heard someone crying, but I thought it was a next door neighbor. However, no one on our block has a child. After that day I stayed home alone while my dad went to go pick up my mom from work. I was playing my game and heard thumping. I went to look around and it stopped. I went back to my video game, then the dinning room chair just pulled away from the table and the phone rang. When I said hello I heard hard breathing than a sigh. I could also hear someone or something talking, but it wasn't even human sounding. It scared the living out of me, and then the chair that got pulled from the table flipped over. I couldn't stop crying.

A couple days later my parents were arguing really bad, until they broke up. My great-grandmother died so me and my mom and sis were living there. We still talk about what happened there.

Wow, that sounds like a lot to have to deal with.

Do you or your mom still have any of the pictures you took in the house?

Now that you're away from there, it might be interesting to do some research on the house. I certainly would be interested in hearing about it's history, as I'm sure many people here would.

Absolutely. Pretty bad stuff, sorry to hear. As Lurk said, any pics would be awesome.
