Top Hat

In college, I lived with a well off couple. I cared for their exotic animal collection for free room and board. It was a pretty sweet deal. While living there, I became aware of several strange mounds on the property and asked J about it. He said that the house had been built around several Native American burial mounds. Their next door neighbor had even dug one up and had it on display in a glass coffe table in their house.

Throughout my time living there, I personally did not have any experiences. I do not believe I am very sensitive to that stuff. But many people had experiences in this house. The owners swore they had seen a Native American wearing a top hat many times in the house. J thought Top Hat was out to get him. On one occasion Top Hat even tried to push jim out of the second floor loft. I would have to say that Top Hat was the strongest entity there, but there had been several other entities seen. One person saw a cowboy looking guy, and several other people had reported a variety of Native American entities. A girlfriend of mine would not sleep there with me ever again.

As I said, I am not too sensitive to these things, but I guess she was. I won't say that I have never felt anything weird while living there, but I never felt threatened. We were sleeping in my bed after a pretty wild party. Everyone was either gone or asleep...even us. On that night, she woke me up. She was freaking out screaming I gotta get out of here! It was around 2 am, but I took her home. She swears she saw a figure at the foot of my bed. She said it just stared at her. I did not see it, of course, I was asleep. I came back, thought nothing of it and fell back to sleep.

That place did have wierd energy. There was a lot of tension and many arguments. J and G even began drinking very heavily...to the point that it killed them. They drank themselves to death.
