Tricks or Real?

Well this is a short story..

I was on the computer not very long ago and felt like something was watching me. Then I saw out of the corner of my eye, a black shadow come close to me and then disappear. Is it my great grandmother watching over me, or am I crazy lol?

After that I heard someone whisper my name. Then another time I had I very bad headache and was taking a nap. It kinda of felt like sleep paralysis, but I could hear someone talking to me.
