Uhhh? Wtf?

Ill cut to the chase this experience had me afraid to go to sleep. I saw this tall white figure in my dream in the middle of a clearing in the woods Its stood 7 to 8 feet tall and was all white it had no face and long arms with claws at the end as it stood in front of me I got the overwhelming sense of fear. I asked what it wanted and it pointed at me. This voice appeared in my head and said to me Help me find my body.

I woke the next morning and remembered my dream wich rarely happens. later that night some friends and I were walking through the woods near our Boarding school and a came upon the exact same clearing. I had never been there before to have been able to dream about it my heart started racing and I got the feeling I was being watched all of a sudden off to the left of us we heard brush breaking we all turned at the same moment and saw a white blur run past we ran out of the woods so fast it was not funny has anyone else had an experience like this? what was this creature? Anyone with any information it would be appreciated
