Unexplained Scratch

My husband and I were watching TV together when I started feeling my left leg burning on my shin. But there was nothing there. The next night a scratch appeared. I didn't do it, neither of my cats did it and my husband didn't do it.

I told a friend of mine about it and she thinks it might have been aliens. It's either that or it was a spirit.
