Unknown Shadow

I was living in military housing just off of Pearl Harbor Naval Base. There had been numerous times when my husband was on deployment when I had sent my kids to bed and when they were supposed to be asleep that I heard footsteps upstairs. When I went upstairs to tell them to go to sleep they were both sound asleep. Then a few weeks later I had my front door open waiting on some friends to come over to play cards and saw a large black shadow moving up my hallway when I was sitting at the kitchen table. When I called out thinking they had come in the front door nobody was there and they didn't arrive until about 10-15 minutes later.
