Weird Hand Dream

So this was about a few monthes back. My dreams always change and my boyfriend who is the lucky seems to always have dreams about me and seems to be able to control his dreams times. I on the other hand can not.

Well this dream was Around late november to early december of last year. It started with me and this girl in my grade. I have no idea why she was in my dream. But we were at this hospital and we were running around its pretty late there and for all I can remember there was people there. Anyways we were running around and we ran through all these rooms. And you know how there are doors with a rectangle small window thing on the heavy metal doors with it was like that.

After a while of us running around it started getting weird. All of a sudden she runs through this room and im chasing after her and the door shuts rigt in my face the light from outside the door flashes on and off and this bloody hand print keeps slapping the window of the door. She's far away from the door but can see what is happening and she laughs and all of a sudden this scary thing pops up in front of the door window bangs the window with there bloody hand.

I have no idea why I had this dream but in a weird way it didn't scare me it just kinda felt normal to me for some reason....
