Weird People in my room

Over a year ago, my girlfriend and I would text message each other every night before bed. One night I woke up in the middle of the night and I saw two figures in my room. I texted my girlfriend "What do the people want?" and "They are telling me something" I remember thinking it, but not texting that to her. I fell asleep after the text, not sure of what message they were trying to tell me. any ideas on what they could have been?
