what is this feeling ?

hi im 17 and my name is xxxxxxx (edited by moderator) and i experienced something last night that i am really wondering what it is. it started with me in my living room i was alone and i felt like something was right behind me so i would look back only to find nothing behind me . then i started noticing this feeling in my chest it felt like i was about to faint it almost felt like an adreniline rush really cant explain it then i felt like i couldnt get out of the recliner i kept thinking to my self why cant i get up i was thinking i was going crazy.then i just felt like a burst of tears just come out i started to cry if any one knows what i experienced or if its nohing please let me know im trying to figure it out
