Wolf Dreams

I have been having dreams about running in woods with wolves since I was 4. As I got older they got longer and even more graphic like talking to the wolves through a mind link and hunting with them. I have also know in multiple of dreams when I see myself I am a white wolf with blue eyes but my eyes also will flash a bright purple color.

I have no idea what they mean but I know my family comes from Cherokee Indians and my Great great grand mother was full blood. I also have a weird connection with dogs and wolves in the real life. my friend's grand dad had a full blood timber wolf and didn't like anyone but her family but when he went every where her grand dad went. He brought him one time to a tee ball game when we were both 6 and I saw the wolf and did not even think twice and walked up to him and rubbed his head and he just stared at me like he was trying to say something to me. Her grand dad was so shocked that he did not try to bite me. Also one time when I was little during a full moon on Halloween I had so much energy and felt like I was drawn to be outside and just run.

Can any one give me any insight on this?
